RCMP conduct traffic enforcement initiative near Springdale #nltraffic

RCMP Traffic Services completed a day of concentrated traffic enforcement in the Springdale area of central Newfoundland on Thursday.

The initiative is part of an ongoing effort to ensure that roadways in all areas of the province remain safe.

In a short period of time, 32 summary offence tickets were issued, which included:

• 17 speeding

• 3 tinted windows

• 1 improper cell phone use

• 9 seat belt violations

• 1 expired driver’s Licence

• 1 improper passing
