RCMP investigate break-in and theft at Shoppers Drug Mart

RCMP in Grand Falls-Windsor are investigating a break-in at Shoppers Drug Mart in Botwood.

Police say that on February 3 in the early morning hours, RCMP received a complaint of the break-in when employees arrived at the store.

Suspects gained access through the side of the building, causing significant damage. A safe, cash and lottery tickets were stolen.

The investigation is ongoing.
