RNC Release Video in Armed Robbery Investigation

On Monday, January 2, 2017 just after 7:00 pm, officers responded to a report of an armed robbery at Old Town Pizzeria on Commonwealth Ave in Mount Pearl.

A male suspect entered the restaurant, armed with a knife and fled on foot with cash. There were no injuries during the commission of this offence. The male is as Caucasian; approximately 5’11”-6’ with a slim build and was wearing a black hoody and was covering his face with a plaid scarf. It is believed that two people were walking in the area and may have seen the man as he was running from the business. Investigators are looking to speak with those two people or anyone who has any information.
