Recommendations Following Privacy Breach in Corner Brook

Privacy Commissioner Donovan Molloy has made recommendations to the city of Corner Brook regarding a complaint received about a staff email released containing personal information.

The email contained personal information and it was sent to staff and a copy of the email was posted in City Hall.

Recommendations include the need for greater caution when handling personal information.
