Impaired Driver Nabbed in St. John's #nltraffic

Early on Sunday morning at approximately 12:30 AM, the RNC conducted a traffic safety stop on Topsail Rd, in the area of Coville St after noticing that the vehicle licence appeared to be expired.

As a result of the follow up investigation a 26 year old male resident of St John’s was charged for Operating a Motor Vehicle with in excess of 80 mg and Impaired Operation.

The individual was released to appear at Provincial Court on on March 3.
