18-Year-Old arrested after returning to assault victim's home with a weapon

Just before 11:00 p.m. on Friday evening, the RNC received a call from a complainant advising that the 18-year-old male who had assaulted her the day before had returned to her residence.

When officers arrived, they arrested the male and charged him with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, assault, and breach of release order.

He was taken to the St. John’s City Lock-up, where he will appear in court this morning.
