12 new COVID-19 cases and exposure sites

There are 12 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 since the last public advisory.

Nine are located in the Eastern Health region and three are located in the Labrador-Grenfell Health region.

There are currently 45 active cases of COVID-19 in the province. There is one person in hospital because of COVID-19.

To date, 279,964 tests have been administered.

Public Health is asking anyone who visited the locations listed below on the respective date and time to arrange testing.

• Winners 60 Aberdeen Avenue, St. John’s on Thursday, September 2 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Blue on Water, 319 Water Street, St. John’s on Thursday, September 2 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Staples, 65 Kelsey Drive, St. John’s on Friday, September 3 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• Canadian Tire, 50 Kelsey Drive, St. John’s on Friday, September 3 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• Liquor Store, 43 Kelsey Drive, St. John’s on Friday, September 3 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• YellowBelly Brewery & Public House, 288 Water Street, St. John’s on Saturday, September 4 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

• Tim Hortons, 278 Torbay Road, St, John’s on Monday, September 6 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

• Bagel Café, 246 Duckworth Street, St. John’s on Tuesday, September 7 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

• Model Citizens, 245 Duckworth Street, St. John’s on Tuesday, September 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• Coleman’s, 370 Newfoundland Drive, St. John’s on Tuesday, September 7 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
