Man Facing List of Charges Following Assault in CBS

On Tuesday at 5:40 pm police responded to a complaint of an assault with a weapon in CBS.

It was determined that two individuals were injured and conveyed to hospital with undetermined injuries.

The suspect had fled the scene.

The suspect, a 41 year old male, was located later and was held for court.

He is facing two charges of Aggravated Assault, two counts of Assault with a Weapon, Theft of a Motor Vehicle and Breaches of his court orders.
