Wintery weather expected across the Island #nlwx

Most of the Island will see fair skies today to start. As the day moves on, snow will move across the Island. The snow will change to ice pellets overnight. On the southwest coast, snowfall amounts of 10 cm are expected today. The south coast and parts of the west coast will see 3 to 5 cm. More widespread snow is expected overnight. Highs will range from minus 7 to 0.
In Labrador, 2 to 4 cm is expected for Labrador City and Wabush to Churchill Falls. For other areas, a mix of sun and cloud is expected. Highs will range from minus 10 to minus 5.
