Unsettled day ahead for Newfoundland

Another low will make its way across the island portions of the province today.

Rain is expected for the south coast and the Avalon Peninsula with snow for western Newfoundland. Central will see snow at first but the snow will transition to rain.

10 to 20 mm of rain is expected for most of the south coast and the Avalon Peninsula. Some areas of central Newfoundland and western Newfoundland could see 10 to 20 cm of snow.

The low will pull away on Tuesday.
