Two people assaulted at St. John’s home, woman arrested

A 42-year-old woman is in custody after an incident in the west end of St. John’s on Monday evening.

Police were called to a disturbance at a residence where the female homeowner advised that her tenant had just assaulted both her and her adult son. The son showed signs of an assault.

The accused now faces charges of assault and uttering threats.
