Traffic stop leads to arrest of wanted person in Mount Pearl

On Wednesday evening, the RNC conducted a traffic safety stop on a vehicle in Mount Pearl.

Officers discovered that the vehicle registration was expired and the vehicle was not insured.

The 45-year-old male was issued two tickets, and the vehicle was impounded.

It was also determined that the 42-year-old male passenger had a warrant for his arrest. He was held to appear in court in the morning.
