Traffic delays expected during repairs to 5 Mile Bridge

Motorists travelling along the Sandy Lake Forest Access Road can expect delays this week as crews carry out repairs to the 5 Mile Bridge.

The repair work is scheduled to take place from Tuesday, Aug. 11, through Friday, Aug. 14.

The bridge is located at kilometre 38 on the Sandy Lake Forest Access Road, behind the former Abitibi Consolidated mill site in Grand Falls-Windsor.

Drivers are advised to expect delays while travelling through the area and to plan their trips accordingly.
