St. John's to auction several properties in tax arrears

The City of St. John's will hold an auction for several properties that are in arrears of taxes.

The properties included in the auction are:

• 65 Lakeview Drive

• 27 Kitchener Avenue

• 564 Newfoundland Drive

• 87 Gower Street

• 136 Brookfield Road

• 655-657 Main Road

• 43 Portugal Cove Road

The above noted properties will be sold by public auction on Monday, February 19, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the Foran/Greene Room, 4th Floor, City Hall.
