Across the Avalon Peninsula showers or periods of drizzle will end near noon. There is a chance of showers or drizzle across central Newfoundland. Along the south coast, showers or rain is expected. For the west coast overcast conditions are expected with a chance of showers. On the Northern Peninsula, rain will end in the morning. Highs from 8 to 13 are expected.

Across western Labrador, rain will change to flurries in the afternoon. Rain will end in the morning in the Happy Valley-Goose Bay area. Rain is expected for most of the day along coastal Labrador. Snow will change to ice pellets or freezing rain and then to rain showers in the Nain area. Highs from 7 to 13 are expected.
