Showers to this morning for most of Newfoundland

Today, showers are expected over the Avalon Peninsula, and drizzle is expected in central areas of Newfoundland. By this afternoon, skies will clear. Temperatures today will be quite cool, with highs only ranging from 6 to 14.

Across Labrador, mostly fair skies are expected to start the weekend. Highs will range from 4 to 18 degrees.
