Severe weather knocks out power for over 7K in Metro

Over 7,000 customers are without power in the metro region this evening as strong winds batter eastern Newfoundland.
Winds are expected to gust to 110 km/h overnight.
Newfoundland Power is reporting outages for the following locations as of 7:30 pm:
