An area of high pressure over northern Quebec will keep the province cool and mostly dry today.

There is the risk of a few flurries along the south coast of the Island and in the Bay of Islands area. Highs across the Island will range from 0 to -5. Highs from -8 to -18 are expected across Labrador.
