Road rage report leads to impaired driving arrest in St. John’s

Police say a report of road rage in the west end of St. John's on Tuesday night ended with an impaired driving arrest.
RNC responded around 9:40 p.m. on September 2 and located the vehicle at the center of the complaint. Officers determined the driver showed signs of alcohol impairment.
The man behind the wheel was taken into custody and charged with impaired driving and refusing to provide a breath sample. His vehicle was seized and impounded.
The accused has since been released and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
