RNC responding to potential weapons offence on Brazil Street in St. John's

RNC officers have responded to a report of a potential weapons offence on Brazil Street in St. John's.

Police have contained a property, and an investigation into the report is ongoing.

Both police dog services and the tactics team are on scene. The RCMP Emergency Response Team is also present.

There will be a police presence in the area during the investigation, and people are asked to avoid the area to support the police response.
