RNC locate and arrest wanted CBS man

The RNC has arrested 39-year-old Justin Jennings of Conception Bay South who is facing several charges.

Jennings was evading police and the RNC was actively trying to locate the accused. He was arrested without incident in the St Thomas Line / Sullivan’s Road area.

He faces numerous charges including Possession for the purpose of trafficking, Dangerous Operation, Dangerous Operation of a conveyance, Flight from Police, Driving while prohibited, Operating vehicle without insurance, Fail to transfer ownership, Driving while suspended, Expired Registration, Vehicle collision, Operation of a Conveyance while prohibited, Breach of Probation Order, Failure to stop at an accident scene, Operation vehicle without an insurance policy, Driving unregistered/ unlicensed vehicle, Failure to notify the register of transfer of ownership, Using false plate or marker, and Operating a vehicle with worn tires.

The accused was held to appear in court.
