RNC investigating double homicide in St. John's

The RNC has confirmed two suspicious deaths in St. John’s that are being investigated as homicides.

Two men, ages 38 and 53, were found deceased inside an Aldershot Street home on December 1. The RNC has been working with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the causes of death.

Police are canvassing the area, reviewing video and conducting interviews. No arrests have been made, however, at this time there is no information to suggest that these were random attacks.

As in any investigation, the RNC relies on information from the public. Officers are appealing for video footage from the Rabbittown neighbourhood from 8:00 p.m. November 30 to 9:00 a.m. on December 1.
