RCMP investigating fire in Makinsons

The RCMP in Bay Roberts is investigating a suspicious fire that occurred at a residential structure in Makinsons Wednesday morning.

The uninhabited home was reported on fire at 1:15 a.m. on Gould’s Ridge Road.

The home was extensively damaged.

A fire scene investigator with the Office of the Fire Commissioner was examining the scene Wednesday. The investigation is continuing.
