Rain expected across Newfoundland, stormy in Labrador

This afternoon, we will see showers move into the Avalon and central areas of Newfoundland. Rain is expected across the West Coast with about 5 mm expected. Highs will range from 4 to 7.

Labrador will see rain and snow along with ice pellets. Ice pellets will fall this morning in the Happy Valley-Goose Bay area. Rain is expected in Nain with 10 to 20 mm possible. Rain and snow is expected in Churchill Falls. In Labrador City, up to 15 cm of snow is expected. Highs from minus 2 to plus 6 are expected.
