Nicer weather in store across the Island and wintery mix in western Labrador

The weather across the Island today will be much improved with highs between 3 and 5 degrees.

In western Labrador snow will mix with ice pellets at times and there is a risk of freezing rain this afternoon. For eastern and coastal Labrador conditions will be nicer. Highs between 0 and 3 are expected.
