A mix of winter and early spring conditions will affect Newfoundland and Labrador on Monday, with colder temperatures, strong winds, and periods of precipitation across the province.


In St. John’s, expect a cloudy and colder day with a high of 3°C and a low of -4°C. Overcast skies will dominate, bringing a chance of light precipitation in the afternoon.


Corner Brook will see breezy conditions and a mix of sun and clouds later in the day. The morning may bring light snowfall, with total accumulation around 1-2 cm. Temperatures will reach a high of -2°C and drop to -6°C overnight.


Further north in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, a cold and mostly sunny day is expected. Winds will be strong in the morning before easing later in the day. Highs will reach -5°C, while temperatures will drop significantly overnight to -19°C.
