This afternoon, rain will move onto the West Coast of Newfoundland. The rain will move eastward through the evening. Parts of the Island not seeing rain will see overcast conditions. Daytime highs will range from plus 1 to plus 4.

In Labrador, it's a different story. Areas seeing freezing rain this morning will see a transition to rain later this morning as temperatures warm. Snow is expected for coastal areas. The Nain area will see 15 to 30 cm in total. Highs near the freezing mark are expected.
