New Centre For Research & Innovation Opens In Corner Brook

On Friday a new centre for research and innovation opened in Corner Brook. It will be funded by several organizations, including the Government of Canada.

$8.9 million was invested to make this project happen, which also includes funding of $5.3 million from the Labour Market Development Agreement.

The centre's goals are to provide and promote intentional comparative research, innovation and key indicators explore forward-looking and innovative approaches to education and learning, and facilitate educational research, innovation and policy development.
