More snow on the way for tonight

Across the province tonight, it will be unsettled with snow for many areas.


The Avalon Peninsula and Burin Peninsula will see snow to start, and the snow will change to rain overnight. Central areas will see about 3 to 5 cm of snow, and about 5 to 10 cm is expected along the coast. On the Northern Peninsula, expect about 2 cm. Lows from minus 4 to plus 2 are expected.


In Labrador, it will be unsettled with 5 cm of snow expected for the Churchill Falls area and 5 to 10 cm for Happy Valley-Goose Bay. Snow will begin overnight along the coast. Lows from minus 19 to minus 9 are expected.
