Minuscule drop in fuel prices

Gas is down today by 0.5 cents per litre. Diesel motor fuel on the Island decreased by up to 0.3 cents, and diesel motor fuel in western Labrador decreased by 4.5 cents.

Furnace oil heating fuel on the Island dropped 0.18 cents and stove oil heating fuel in western Labrador decreased by 5.18 cents.

These changes are based on the most recently available market data as of the close of business on September 24, and as a result do not reflect more recent market activity.

The Board’s next price adjustment is on Tuesday.
