Man arrested after throwing basketball at traffic

A 28-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly throwing a basketball at traffic in the East End of St. John’s on Thursday morning.

The accused was charged with property damage and breach of a release order.

The male was conveyed to the St. John’s City lockup to be held for court.
