Closures and Delayed Openings

Post-secondary

Memorial University campuses including St. John's, Marine Institute and Signal Hill including the Childcare Centre are closed all day.
CNA Ridge Road Campus will be closed for the day.
CNA Carbonear campus will close for the day.
CNA Seal Cove Campus will be closed all day.
CNA Prince Philip Drive campus (incl. Anna Templeton Centre, Topsail Road Office, PPD childcare centre) will be closed today.
CNA Placentia campus will be closed for the day.
CNA Burin campus will be closed all day.

Government

Provincial Government offices in the St. John’s metro region will be closed all day.
Town facilities in Paradise, including the Town Hall & Paradise Double Ice Complex, are closed for the day.
All facilities operated by the City of St. John’s will close at noon today. This includes City Hall, the Animal Care and Adoption Centre and all recreation facilities. The Robin Hood Bay Waste Management facility remains open.
Digital Government and Service NL office in Harbour Grace is closed all day.

Other

l'Ecole de Grand-Vents closed all day.
St. John's Association for New Canadians office is closed all day.
Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board office is closed all day.
The Court of Appeal of NL will be closed all day.
The St. John’s General Division Court will be closed all day.
Chatters Salon locations in St John's and Mount Pearl are closed all day.
All Newfoundland Labrador Public Library branches on the Avalon and Burin peninsulas are now closed for the day.

Waste collection:

St. John's: waste collection for Area 2A and 2B including recycling for 2A is postponed and will take place on Wednesday.
No garbage collection in Mount Pearl, Conception Bay South, and Paradise.
