Liberals win all three federal byelections

The Liberal Party has won all three byelections across Canada. The byelections were held in Chicoutimi–Le Fjord in Quebec, Beaches–East York in Ontario, and North Vancouver–Capilano in British Columbia.

Tanveer Shahnawaz was elected in Beaches–East York, Daniel Gobeil won Chicoutimi–Le Fjord and Braeden Caley was elected in North Vancouver–Capilano.

In Chicoutimi–Le Fjord, the Liberal candidate won with 51.3 percent of the vote. The candidate in Beaches–East York took 55.7 percent of the vote. In North Vancouver–Capilano, the successful candidate took 58.6 percent of the vote.
