Interest Rate Announcement coming on Wednesday

On Wednesday, the Bank of Canada will announce its decision on the target for the overnight rate.

This will be the last adjustment of 2025.

Back on October 29, the central bank set the rate to 2.25 percent, a decrease of 0.25 percent in September.
