Improved weather today but still cold #nlwx

The weather will be much improved across Newfoundland and Labrador today, with a mix of sun and cloud expected for most of the province. Along the Burin Peninsula, 2 mm of rain is possible.

Winds across the province will be from the north or northwest at 20 km/h gusting to 40. This will keep temperatures cool once again today. Highs will be between 0 and 7.

The good news is that temperatures rebound on Wednesday.
