The RCMP in Grand Falls-Windsor are looking to locate a missing youth, 15-year-old Joseph Rowsell.


Police are concerned for his safety and well-being.


Rowsell is approximately 120-130 lbs, with dark brown hair and blue eyes. Both ears are pierced. He is five feet, nine inches tall.
