Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP investigates break and enter to home, suspect arrested

RCMP in Grand Falls-Windsor arrested a 43-year-old man on Wednesday in relation to a break, enter and theft from a home in the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor.


At approximately 3:16 a.m. on November 26, 2025, RCMP officers responded to a report of a break, enter and theft from a private residence on Brown Avenue. The suspect gained entry inside the home, and took cash and medications.

 

Police conducted an investigation at the scene and identified a suspect, who was later arrested at a residence in Grand Falls.

 

Forty-three-year-old David Anthony Chow has been charged with break and enter to commit. He appeared in provincial court on Wednesday and released from custody. His next court appearance is scheduled for January 2026.

 

The investigation is ongoing.
