Flurries for the Island, biting cold in Labrador

Flurries are expected tonight for the Avalon Peninsula and portions of central and the south coast. Lows will range from minus 15 to minus 9. Winds will be fairly light.

It will be cold tonight in Labrador with lows dipping into the minus 30s; frostbite may occur within minutes. It will be partly cloudy for all areas.
