Dose of snow expected Sunday night & Monday

An area of low pressure will move across Newfoundland on Sunday night and Monday and will bring snow to the Island portion of the province.

Snow is expected on Sunday night and Monday. The snow will end Monday afternoon.

Generally, 5 to 10 cm of snow is expected. Along the south coast, 10 to 15 cm is possible.

Behind the low, another system is expected on Tuesday.

Marine Atlantic is anticipating impacts to crossings on Sunday night.
