Decreases in fuel prices across the board

The PUB has made some adjustments to fuels today, with decreases across the board.
Gas decreased by up to 3.2 cents per litre. Diesel on the Island dropped 3.1 cents, and diesel in western Labrador tumbled 3.9 cents.
The cost of furnace oil on the Island is down 2.63 cents, and stove oil heating fuel in western Labrador decreased by 3.61 cents.
These changes are based on the most recently available market data as of the close of business on September 11, 2026, and as a result do not reflect more recent market activity.
The Board’s next price adjustment is on Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
