Crews extinguish Red Harbour wildfire

The forest fire that was burning in Red Harbour has been extinguished.

The Marystown Volunteer Fire Department, Baine Harbour, and Burin Fire Departments responded to the blaze this afternoon.

Forestry ground and air crews also actioned the fire.

The scene remains under the monitoring of Forestry officials.
