Cloudy conditions continue across most of NL

Overcast conditions will persist across most of Newfoundland once again tonight. Lows will dip from minus 4 to plus 1.

Across Labrador, there is a risk of flurries in western areas, and cloudy periods are expected for central and coastal regions. Lows from minus 14 to minus 4 are expected.
