Clear skies for most of the province tonight

An area of low pressure over Quebec will spread rain across southeastern Labrador tonight. The rain becomes more widespread on Thursday.


Across the Island tonight, it will be fair for most areas. The exception is on the Burin Peninsula, where some drizzle is possible. There is also a chance of showers on the Great Northern Peninsula. The strong winds over Eastern Newfoundland will subside overnight. Lows will range from 2 to 9.


Rain is expected tonight in Happy Valley-Goose Bay with a few clouds elsewhere. Temperatures will range between minus 4 and plus 4.
