Chance of flurries across Newfoundland and snow in western Labrador

There is a chance of flurries over the Avalon, central, and parts of the west coast. Winds will gust to 70 km/h over the Avalon and Clarenville area this morning. Highs will range from minus 3 to plus 1.

Snow will move into western Labrador this afternoon. The day will start out fair. Highs from minus 12 to minus 6 are expected.
