Canada Post strike leaves mail-in ballots in question

The Canada Post strike is causing issues for mail-in ballots in the City of St. John's.

Many voters have returned their vote-by-mail kits by the September 24 deadline, and some of those kits may still be within the Canada Post system.

At this time, the City is developing a contingency plan to address this unexpected situation.
