Bay St. George RCMP seeking public assistance in theft investigation

RCMP is investigating the theft of a trailer and portable saw-mill, which occurred on Main Street in Stephenville Crossing early yesterday morning. Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the person responsible and locating the stolen property.
Bay St. George RCMP received a report of a stolen trailer and portable saw-mill today, which was believed to be taken at approximately 5:00 a.m. Friday morning. The saw-mill is a blue Range-Road RR5022 on a black trailer.

Bay St. George RCMP is asking anyone with any information about the location of the trailer and/or saw-mill to contact police directly at 709-643-2118 . Residents or businesses with surveillance video or images from the area of Main Street around the time of the break and enter are also asked to call Bay St. George RCMP.
