BACK TO SCHOOL FORECAST: Nice across Labrador, morning showers for Newfoundland

Currently, there is some fog in western areas of Labrador and overcast conditions along the south coast of the Island. There is some fog in Gander, and we are seeing some showers on the Avalon Peninsula.

Showers are expected across the Avalon and parts of central this morning. By this afternoon, we should see a mix of sun and cloud. Fair conditions are expected along the west coast. Highs from 12 to 14 are expected.

Across Labrador, a mix of sun and cloud is expected with a risk of showers in western areas. Highs will range from 12 to 17.
