Arrest warrant issued for Dolphin Rich

Sheshatshiu RCMP is looking to arrest a wanted man, 23-year-old Dolphin Scott Rich.

Rich is wanted in relation to the following charges:

Uttering Threats to Property

Forcible Confinement

Possession of Incendiary Material (materials designed to cause fires)

An image of Rich is attached. Police believe he could be located in Sheshatshiu, Happy Valley- Goose Bay, or Natuashish.
