Another unsettled day ahead

Overcast conditions persist across most of the province this morning, but there are some clear breaks in western Labrador and some portions of central Newfoundland.

As you head out the door this morning, it's quite cool in Labrador, with temperatures in the low single digits.

It's warmer across Newfoundland but cloudy with some rain in the east.

Central and western sections of Newfoundland will see 2 to 4 mm of rain today. On the Avalon, it will be overcast with a chance of showers or drizzle. Elsewhere across the Island, there is a chance of showers. Highs today will range from 11 to 18.

There is a chance of showers in most of Labrador. On the southeast coast, it will be cloudy with a chance of showers. Highs from 9 to 12 are expected.
