It is Monday, which lately means a storm, and today will be no exception.
Across Newfoundland, snow is expected for many areas. Gander and Grand Falls-Windsor will see 15 to 20 cm of snow today. In Gander, 5 cm of ice pellets are possible this afternoon. Along the west coast, snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 cm are likely. On the Avalon and Burin Peninsula, we will see up to 2 cm of snow to start, followed by 20 mm of rain. This afternoon and evening, winds will gust up to 100 km/h. Highs from minus 2 to plus 12 are expected.
In Labrador, there is a chance of flurries for most areas. Highs from minus 16 to minus 11 are expected.
